The service
AI Actors ("we", "us") lets you make short AI UGC video ads — an AI actor holding and pitching your product with a spoken, lip-synced script and captions, in any of 20 languages — from an actor, a product image, and a script, optionally grounded in your own Ounie brains, at your direction. You ("you", "the customer") pay per step at the rates published on our pricing page. We are an independent Ounie product; any AI model names belong to their respective owners and imply no affiliation or endorsement.
Account & billing
There is no subscription for this product. Work is billed in Ounie credits (1 credit = 1¢) from your shared Ounie wallet — a generated script, the hero frame, and video by render tier and clip duration. Each step's price is reserved when you submit and settled only when that output is delivered; a failed, timed-out, or aborted step refunds its reservation automatically and in full. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your gallery and prior ads remain accessible regardless of your credit balance. Keyless x402 calls are paid per call in USDC and are final once the frame is delivered.
Content standards
Scripts and images are screened, and we refuse — without charge — requests that are illegal or abusive, including sexual content involving minors, non-consensual likenesses, likenesses of identifiable real people intended to deceive or harass, incitement to violence, and material that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt such requests. Ads are stored privately-by-default in your gallery; a share page exists only when you explicitly publish one, and we may take down published pages that violate these standards.
Acceptable use
You may only ground scripts in brains your Ounie account can access, and only upload actor and product images you have the right to use. What you generate and how you use it — including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with the policies of any platform where you publish it — is your responsibility. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented, bypass rate limits or content screening, or resell raw access to the service.
Your outputs
As between you and us, you own the ads you generate, and you may use them commercially. We claim no rights over your scripts or ads and do not use them to train models. AI-generated media may be similar to media generated for others from similar inputs, may contain artifacts, and is provided as-is — review before you rely on it. Some jurisdictions limit copyright in AI-generated works; nothing here is legal advice about what you can protect.
Availability
The pipeline relies on third-party AI models and changes over time — models are added, upgraded, and retired, and providers may reject individual jobs under their own policies. A rejected or failed job refunds automatically, but we can't guarantee the continued availability of any specific model.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Generated media is illustrative and not a verified depiction of anything.
Refunds
Failed generations refund automatically (the credit reservation is reversed). For anything else, open a support ticket.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from your use or publication of generated media.
Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to outputs you've already paid for, and you can export them before closing your account. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
